Is it possibble for you to reformat the email messages we receive when an owner uses the “Contact Us” link on our website. The emails we received are poorly formated and the text appears in a long continuous line that makes it difficult to read or to even be aware that the message requires some action?

I did a test on my form and it looks great. It must be your email client. How are you trying to read the emails you receive? I also just noticed our contact forms are publicly accessible.
Should they be in the Members area?
Here is how the form came to me in Outlook. Very easy to read. Note I just copied a couple paragraphs from some sites. :
